Getting in touch
The best way to reach us is email: [email protected]. This is a small community project, so replies are best-effort and may take a little time. To help us answer faster, pick the path below that fits, and include the details it asks for.
For players
Email [email protected] for anything about your account or your leaderboard entry, including:
- Accounts & linking: help with logging in with Discord, linking your Embark ID (the bookmarklet or the verified extension), verification, or profile cosmetics.
- Data & removal: hide your entry from this site, or delete your account. For removal we may ask you to write from an address we can verify (see the Privacy Policy).
- Bugs & general questions: anything that looks wrong, or you just want to ask about.
Please include your Embark ID (name#tag) or your Discord username so we can find you. Note: unlinking your Embark account is self-service and instant on your account page, no email needed.
For tournament organizers
Running or listing a tournament? There are two paths:
- Submit a tournament: use the tournament submission form. It is the fastest way to get an event listed and captures everything we need.
- Corrections, updates, or questions about a submitted or listed tournament: email [email protected] with Tournament in the subject so it reaches the right place.
When you write in, include the tournament name, its date, and any links (for example a Liquipedia page or bracket) so we can match it quickly.
Privacy of your message
We use the email you send only to reply and resolve your request. It is not added to any mailing list, and it is never sold or shared. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
