1. What this is

FINALSTRACKER is a free, independent, fan-made tracker for THE FINALS, built from Embark Studios' public ranked leaderboard. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Embark Studios or Discord. All game names, ranks and trademarks belong to their owners.

2. Using the service

By using the website or adding the bot to a Discord server, you accept these terms. Use of the bot is also subject to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and you must meet Discord's minimum age requirement for your country. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Accounts and Embark linking

Signing in with Discord is optional. Everything public on the site works without an account. If you sign in, you are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure and for what is done through your session.

Linking an Embark ID is a claim of ownership: only link an Embark account that is actually yours. A linked profile is publicly marked as claimed on the leaderboard, and site and bot features treat it as you (for example, /stats with no name shows your linked profile). Claiming an account that is not yours is grounds for removing the link, and the account. Without notice. An Embark account can be linked to one FINALSTRACKER account at a time.

There are two ways to link, and both check your ownership at a source you do not control: the browser extension reads your Embark ID from Embark itself, and the in-game name challenge reads a one-time code off the public leaderboard. The challenge is only possible for accounts inside the tracked top 10,000, because that is all Embark publishes; the extension works at any rank. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse these features.

What a link exposes. That an account is verified is public (it carries a checkmark). Who verified it is not: a linked account's Discord user ID is available only through a restricted API lookup, granted by hand to approved partners such as tournament organizers, and revocable. If you would rather your Discord and Embark accounts were never connected for anyone, do not link one. Unlinking removes it immediately. See the Privacy Policy.

If you rename your Embark account, your link can end up pointing at a name that no longer exists. You can re-verify at any time from your account page to move the link to your current Embark ID, using either method above.

The older Link Embark bookmark was retired on 14 August 2026 and no longer links anything. If you still have it saved, you can delete it.

4. The bot in your server

Adding and configuring the bot requires the Manage Server permission. Once a channel is configured, the bot posts automated messages there (the daily Ruby forecast, ban alerts). Server owners and admins are responsible for where they point it and for how their members use it. You can remove the bot at any time, which stops all posts and clears that server's configuration.

5. The public API

We publish a free public API. It needs no key (except for the restricted ownership lookup above), it may be used commercially, and its own page carries the full terms. In short: credit finalstracker.net where the data appears, do not present derived figures as official (win/loss, activity, cutoff projections, estimated ranks below the top 10,000 and ban detections are ours, not Embark's), and stay inside the published rate limits. It is offered as-is with no uptime guarantee and may change.

What you build has to be your own. The API is there for projects that are genuinely different in what they offer, that add to or transform the data rather than relaying it, or that narrow it to a defined group — a Discord's own members, a tournament roster, a team, a region. Any one of those is enough. It is not there for a general-purpose copy of this site aimed at the same audience and sourced entirely from us. We can withdraw API access from a project on that basis; the API page carries the longer version and an address to ask at if you are unsure.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not: scrape the website's pages when the API serves the same data, work around rate limits, rehost the data as though it were your own service, or use anything here to harass, dox or target other players. We may block traffic, restrict commands, or remove the bot from a server for any of the above.

7. Accuracy and the "ban" label

All data comes from periodic snapshots of a public leaderboard and can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. The Ruby cutoff forecast is a statistical projection, not a guarantee.

Ban detection is inferred: it means a high-ranked account disappeared from the leaderboard, which usually indicates a ban but can also result from a name change, a leaderboard glitch or an account change. It is not an official Embark statement and is not an accusation against any individual. Treat it as an observation, not a verdict.

8. Availability

The service is provided free and is offered as-is. Features may change, break or be discontinued at any time, and there is no uptime guarantee. The upstream leaderboard is outside our control and may change or stop being published.

9. No warranty, limited liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, the bot, or the data they present.
